Benjamin H. Berkley has practiced law for over 30 years, specializing in Social Security Disability Appeals and Estate Planning. Through representation of his clients, he has become an advocate of senior rights as well as the rights of the disabled.

In addition to being admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States Supreme Court, Mr. Berkley is also licensed by the Department of Justice as a Private Fiduciary. He accepts appointments by the Court and from individuals as a Conservator and Trustee.

His book, My Wishes, Communicating and Organizing Your Wishes is published by Sourcebooks and is available in all major bookstores as well as online.
